Dil Brands is a company that creates and operates virtual brands focused on fulfilling daily meal requirements in India. Through its virtual brands, Dil Brands helps small and medium-sized restaurants increase their asset and resources utilization.Role Overview The Catalogue & On-boarding Manager will play a dual role in driving growth at Dil Foods. On one side, the role involves owning and managing the product catalogue, ensuring every SKU is documented, standardized, and presented effectively to our restaurant partners. On the other, the role extends to end-to-end outlet on-boarding, ensuring smooth induction of new partners into Dil Foods’ ecosystem. This person will act as a bridge between culinary, supply chain, tech, and sales teams, ensuring partners have complete clarity on products, pricing, processes, and expectations from Day 1.Key Responsibilities Catalogue ManagementBuild, update, and maintain the Dil Foods HoReCa catalogue (Indian gravies, sauces, snacks, desserts, premixes, etc.).Ensure accuracy of product details: names, pricing, pack sizes, UOM, shelf life, and usage instructions.Draft engaging product descriptions that highlight differentiation and ease of use for restaurant partners.Coordinate with Culinary/R&D for new launches and Supply Chain for phasing out/adding SKUs.Maintain visual assets and work with design teams for catalogue-ready images.Release updated catalogue versions (monthly/quarterly) and ensure adoption by internal teams.Outlet On-boardingOwn the complete on-boarding process for new Restaurant Partners (RPs).Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth transition from signing to first order.Train partner staff on product usage, thawing, storage, and kitchen SOPs.Ensure partners are on boarded onto Dil Foods’ POS systems and ordering processes.Share updated product catalogues, pricing details, and promotional materials during on-boarding.Act as first point of contact for newly on boarded outlets, resolving initial queries and aligning expectations.Process & CollaborationWork with Tech/ERP/POS teams to ensure catalogue accuracy in all digital systems.Collaborate with NPD & Procurement to update cost-price changes and maintain margin structures.Partner with Marketing for creating catalogue-based sales tools, launch kits, and partner decks.Track and report on-boarding timelines, bottlenecks, and partner satisfaction metrics.Key Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and structured approach to documentation.Excellent written communication and ability to translate product/culinary details into partner-friendly content.Strong relationship-building and training skills for outlet on-boarding.Analytical mindset to interpret partner performance and product adoption.Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with POS/ERP systems.Project management ability to handle multiple catalogue updates and on-boarding cycles simultaneously.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.3–6 years of experience in catalogue management, partner on-boarding, or
