Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance including tax returns, e-filing, and submissions to IRAS.
  • Prepare and review GST, withholding tax, and other statutory filings in compliance with Singapore regulations.
  • Assist in tax provisioning, reconciliations, and reporting for financial statements.
  • Support regulatory and compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on Singapore tax laws and regulatory developments.
  • Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants as required.
  • Assist in implementation of internal compliance processes and risk assessments.
  • Support advisory projects relating to tax planning, structuring, and compliance strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA / CPA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 2–4 years of experience in taxation and compliance, preferably in Singapore.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, GST, and regulatory framework.
  • Experience with compliance tools, tax software, and reporting systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
