Job Title: IT Support Associate

Job overview:

We are hiring a skilled IT Support Associate to support and manage IT operations at our Udaipur location. The role involves user and network management, IT support, infrastructure maintenance, and cloud services administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • User account setup and access provisioning for employees, interviewees, and contractors
  • IT onboarding/offboarding process management
  • Network management ISP, Wi-Fi, firewalls (Sophos), servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS)
  • Support for hardware, laptops, biometric systems, and conference A/V setups
  • Virtual Machine creation, backup, and monitoring (Production & Development)
  • Portal/application support HROne, DeskTime, and PO tracking
  • Procurement, IT asset audits, and inventory management
  • Azure DevOps project and license handling
  • Cloud services management Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID
  • License, domain, and subscription renewals (GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
  • Client support, Microsoft ticket escalation, and IT compliance audits

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT administration, support, and infrastructure
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and firewall configuration
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with SQL database management and backup systems (VM/NAS)
  • Working knowledge of biometric systems, CCTV/NVR, and endpoint security tools
  • Experience in handling IT procurement and inventory tracking
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and software issues
  • Ability to manage IT documentation, asset logs, and audits
  • Good communication skills with a customer-first attitude
  • Knowledge of compliance systems and processes like ISO 27001 is a plus

Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or Sophos would be preferred
