Job Description :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Mh Co., a fast-growing healthy food startup. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about health and wellness, eager to connect with people, and ready to grow in a vibrant, startup environment. If you love speaking to customers, have strong communication skills, and are excited about promoting healthy food options, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building strong relationships and promoting our healthy food products.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and explain the benefits of healthy food options to potential customers.
- Assist with customer inquiries and offer personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to raise brand awareness.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management for continuous improvement.
- Support the sales team in tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in healthy eating and wellness trends.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm to work in a startup environment and contribute to its success.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field preferred.
Proven track record in sales, ideally in a health or nutrition-related industry.
Strong understanding of nutrition and its impact on health.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
