Work Mode : In Office The VOD Tech Lead will serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned customers, ensuring timely and high-quality go-lives. Partner with the Project Manager to lead technical discussions and educate customers on Amagi’s capabilities and limitations for VOD. Translate customer delivery formats (assets, metadata, platform specifications) into clear requirements for internal teams. Understand and document automation, reporting, and customization requirements, coordinate implementation with Engineering teams. Oversee the deployment and configuration of Amagi and third-party software solutions in collaboration with Implementation Engineers. Ensure all deliverables to customers are tested and meet quality expectations; verify work from Engineering and Dev Ops teams. Mentor and guide Implementation Engineers and stay updated with new product features and configurations. Required Skills & Experience: ~7+ years in Media Technology, with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles. ~ Asset and metadata ingest & transcoding - Stream delivery technologies: AWS Media Services (e.g., Video codecs and playout systems Attention to quality and detail in delivery and documentation Flexible to work in EMEA shifts supporting US/Europe-based clients
