Role : Salesforce Developer


Job Description :


As a Salesforce Engineer, you will contribute to the design, coding, testing and implementing Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior team members. You will work closely with experienced individuals across Salesforce development and project teams. You will gain hands-on experience and learn key skills in different areas of Salesforce configuration and development. Ideally this person will know best practices, some challenges which may arise and help guide our team through the integration :


As a Salesforce Developer, you will be working in a fast-paced start-up environment, your day-to-day responsibilities will include to :


- Execute Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, email-to-case, dashboards, cases, and reports.


- Sandbox environment management


- Identify and gather requirements, translate into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience


- Implement and integrate third-party products/applications on the Salesforce platform.


- Work with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.


- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.


- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.


- Proactive system maintenance includes security reviews, Release Updates, Health checks, and Skill Sets :


- Over 8 years of experience in Salesforce Developer with at least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.


- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.


- Experience using the Marketing Cloud Automations Studio, SQL and AMPscript, custom preference centers and cloud pages.


- Experience developing custom business logic in APEX, writing test classes, creating Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages and Triggers.


- Experience in SFDC Developing custom business logic in Apex, creating Lightning Web Components,

Visualforce Pages, and Triggers.


- Experience building solutions with various Salesforce APIs


- Provides Tier II Support for Salesforce applications and manage service tickets needing escalation to

Salesforce.


- 2+ Years of hands-on experience developing Force.com commercial business applications as part of a collaborative team.


- 3 years of hands-on Force.com experience in Visualforce/Apex development and Lightning Web Components.


- Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs - Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API.


- Experience working with Force.com application packaging and deployment is a plus.


- Experience developing interactive web-based applications


- Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party system using web services and app exchange apps.


- Ability to adapt and work in rapidly changing work situations.
