We are committed to building meaningful careers and place the highest priority on the well-being of our team.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive TPM who will manage all third-party manufacturing operations at iD and ensure that current and future manufacturing requirements are met effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure third-party vendors adhere to iD’s quality specificationsCoordinate NPD trials through to commercial launch with all stakeholdersConduct regular vendor audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformitiesMaintain and update all legal, statutory, and food safety documents from vendorsHandle internal and customer complaints with vendors and drive CAPA implementationPrepare and share daily MIS and monthly review reports with stakeholdersVerify vendor compliance with agreed Quality SOPs through process auditsTrain and guide third-party vendors on critical quality parametersKey RequirementsEducation: B.Tech./M.Sc. in Diary Technology or Food Science and TechnologyExperience: Minimum 2-7 year of experience in the Dairy or food processing industry (Dairy Products – Paneer, Curd, Buttermilk, etc.)Communication: English, Hindi and MarathiIndustry: Dairy preferrableInterested?If this role sounds like the right fit for you, apply now At iD, you’ll find plenty of opportunities for growth.
