**Job Summary**
- Central Co-Ordinator for driving TPM initiatives through Continuous Excellence program at Sun Pharma across all the plants in India and also nurture Total Quality Management culture through initiatives such as 5S, DWMS, Gemba walk & Kaizen, Quality Circle, etc.

**Responsibilities Assigned**:

- Coordinating, organizing and conducting capability building programs on TPM and TQM Initiatives
- Prepare strategy and road map for implementing above mentioned initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies for providing trainings on TPM
- Implementation and ensure sustenance of TQM concepts i.e. 5S, DWMS and Gemba walk at different location
- Develop governing and audit mechanism for 5S, DWMS and Gemba walk
- Assist in implementing initiatives related to Continuous Improvement i.e. Kaizen, Quality Circle, etc.
- Execution of TPM (12 steps of TPM and 8 pillars)
- Formation of pillar wise structure at selected locations
- Guide to plant wise TPM teams for executing TPM
- Assist in setting up continuous improvement culture across the organization
- Publish Monthly MIS on progress of TPM and TQM Initiatives.
- Ensure timely reviews of projects and publishing reports to Manager
- Ensure timely release of Rewards and Recognition by evaluating projects
- Guide teams at each step of TPM
- Design and prepare innovative ways of trainings apart from class room training
- Facilitate teams on different TQM concepts i.e.5S, PDCA, DWMS, Gemba Walk, etc.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Six Sigma BB/master BB certified
- In depth Strategic and executing knowledge on TPM
- Good Analytical Skill
- Can impart training on TPM, TQM, etc.
- Can implement and sustain TQM practices i.e. 5S, DWMS, Gemba walk, etc.
- Good Communication & Leadership Skill
- Ability to guide team on TPM & TQM practices
- Enthusiastic and Passionate to drive Continuous Excellence
- Good team player
- Ability to work with people across hierarchy levels
- Willing to travel across India as per requirement
- Can work on Microsoft office (Power point, Excel, Word, etc.)

**Educational Requirements**:

- BE or B tech.

**Industrial Experience & Knowledge**:

- Total experience of 5 to 6 years in driving (Central coordinator) TPM at plant level
- Hands on Experience of facilitation of Kaizens and Q C Circle projects.
- Hands on Experience on executing TPM as per road MAP
- Hands on experience of execution of 12 steps of TPM
- Hands on experience to implement and sustain TQM practices i.e. 5S, DWMS, Gemba walk, etc.
