Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in challenging environments; proven acumen in preparing and maintaining various MIS reports, schedules and plans for execution work.
Proven abilities to enhance operations, optimizing resources & capacity utilization; escalate productivity & operational efficiencies, while curtailing costs / expenses.
Project Planning & Monitoring:
Preparing various level of schedule with critical path evaluations based on the thorough understanding of contractual inputs, drawings / documents and various reviews with all necessary stakeholders. Release the base line schedules / resources planning with necessary approvals.
Update and monitor the progress with reference to the base line schedule based on the progress feedback documents/personal reviews such as daily progress reports, progress reviews, Quality reports, material Inward/Outward register, Site walk through, Progress Photos, Daily labor logs, etc.
Preparing Monthly Progress report based on the schedule update, Critical path analysis, Earned value analysis, Productivity analysis, KPI analysis, Safety reports, Quality reports, Daily Labor Log, Material Inward/Outward register, Progress Photos, etc.
Projecting Monthly progress report in the Monthly progress review meeting. Obtain all the stakeholder’s feedback in the meeting and complete the progress report. Distribute the completed progress report and MOM to all relevant stakeholders. If required prepare the revised/recovery schedules according to the project progress.
Monthly Bill to be raised based on the finalized progress report and the updated prescribed billing format.
Handling project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to facilities, utilities, equipment & monitoring overall project operations completing it on time & in the pre-defined budget.
Cost Estimation of project activities
Production planning.
Need for subcontracting.
