Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources, learn about recruitment processes, employee engagement, and overall HR functions in a professional setting. You will be assisting the HR team with various tasks and gaining valuable insights into the HR field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help in onboarding new employees and preparing employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and files.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and support in organizing training and development programs.
  • Help with preparing reports related to employee performance, attendance, and other HR metrics.
  • Support in employee benefit administration and handling employee queries related to policies.
  • Assist with the management of employee data and ensure it remains confidential and up to date.
  • Assist in the coordination of internal HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises or employee recognition programs.
  • Handle general HR administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for working with people.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
