Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Udaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of housing finance products, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, identifying potential opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Sales Manager will also engage in customer acquisition, retention strategies, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities
- In-depth knowledge of finance products and regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
