Job Role: Senior Transformer Design Engineer

Responsibilities:-

  • Designing of Oil cooled distribution Transformers range of Up to 10 MVA 11kV & 33kV).
  • Designing LV coils using copper FOIL (Elliptical coils).
  • Exposure to Transformer Design knowledge.
  • Preparation of BOM.
  • Designing of Star-rated energy-efficient Transformers as per IS 1180.
  • Interacting with Customers for technical clarification in order to process.
  • with the inquiries and orders to be executed.
  • Stiffener calculation for the tank.
  • Knowledge of the strength of materials.

Skills Required:-

  • 3+ years of experience in designing distribution transformers / Oil Cooled transformers.
  • To prepare customers' days and manufacturing days for transformers as per plan.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales, and commercials.
  • BE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
