Job Title: Junior Team member - ManufacturingSummary: To support the manufacturing by adhering to the production plans and achieving the desired results in the shop floorResponsibilities Include: Execute daily shop floor operations in alignment with production schedules Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Ensure safe handling and movement of materials within the chemical process plant Comply with all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality protocols Collaborate cross-functionally with: Maintenance for equipment availability Warehouse for raw material and finished goods movement Quality for product clearance and compliance Qualifications: The following are required for the role Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology 0–3 years of hands-on experience in chemical or process manufacturing industries Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline Team player with good communication and coordination skills What We Offer: At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
