Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced statistical calculations and modeling in R.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards using R Shiny .
  • Demonstrate hands-on coding during interviews.
  • Collaborate with client teams to deliver actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in R programming and statistical modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with R Shiny dashboard development .
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly.




Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in ML Engineering (preferred) or Data Science. 5–6 years of experience in ML/AI engineering or data science roles. Strong Python programming skills. Solid knowledge of algorithms like KNN, SVM, Naive Bayes. Proven work with NLP, CNNs, LLMs, and deep learning architectures. Experience working with cloud platforms – AWS or Azure. Prior experience integrating chatbots or conversational AI in production. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or OpenAI APIs. Knowledge of model versioning, monitoring, or MLOps practices. Bonus: Open-source contributions or AI research experience.
