About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Backend Engineer
with strong expertise in
, NestJS, and GRPC
to design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building microservices, managing distributed systems, and integrating modern data stores and messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using
    and
    NestJS
  • Implement
    GRPC-based communication
    between services for high efficiency and low latency
  • Integrate caching solutions using
    Redis
    to optimize performance
  • Design and optimize database schemas using
    MySQL/Postgres
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Implement secure, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
  • Work with
    Kafka
    (good to have) for event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing
  • Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in
    and
    NestJS
  • Solid experience in
    Microservices architecture
  • Must have hands-on experience with
    GRPC
  • Proficiency in
    MySQL/Postgres
    (schema design, optimization, queries)
  • Experience with
    Redis
    for caching and distributed systems
  • Good understanding of system design, API design, and scalability concepts
  • Familiarity with
    Kafka
    (good to have)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of backend development experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
