Data Analyst
who can work from raw data to actionable insights, driving data-backed decisions for both retail and online channels.

  • Analyse
    retail sales, e-commerce sales, inventory, customer behaviour, and pricing performance
    .
  • Collect, clean, and structure raw data from POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.
  • Build
    dashboards and automated reports
    using Power BI, Tableau, track KPIs across retail and e-commerce.
  • Lead
    demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation
    .
  • Conduct
    micro-level and predictive analysis
    to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with
    marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations teams
    to deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, integrity, and quality
    across all reporting systems.
  • Present insights and
    strategic recommendations to senior management
    for decision-making.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field

· 5+ years in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics

· Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

· Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data

· Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms

· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)

· Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation

· Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments
