We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about numbers, insights, and automation — someone who can turn raw data into actionable strategies that fuel growth and decision-making at GoSama

.

Key Responsibilitie

s
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (airline APIs, sales dashboards, ERP, CRM, etc.)

.
• Build and maintain Looker Studio / Power BI dashboards for sales, incentives, and performance tracking

.
• Monitor KPIs such as ticket volume, revenue, PLB/DI slabs, and agent/branch performance

.
• Work closely with operations, sales, and finance teams to deliver data-driven insights

.
• Automate reporting processes (Google Sheets, SQL, APIs) to save time and reduce errors

.
• Identify market trends, agent behaviors, and performance gaps to support management decisions

.
• Present findings in a clear and structured way (reports, PPTs, or visual dashboards)

.

What We're Looking Fo

r
• Education: Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

.
• Skills

:
• Strong in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation)

.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker Studio / Power BI

.
• Knowledge of SQL and APIs (preferred)

.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability

.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly

.
• Experience: 2–4 years in data analysis, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS sectors
