We're an early-stage, fast-growing startup based in New Delhi, India, and we are looking for an innovative Tech Lead Intern to work closely with our founding team.


Role Overview :

As a Tech Lead Intern , you will have the unique opportunity to manage two technical teams: one dedicated AI team of 3 and a full-stack development team of 5. You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team, contributing to the platform’s technical architecture and product roadmap. We’re looking for someone smart, up-to-date with the latest tools and trends, and ready to offer fast, innovative solutions to complex challenges. This unpaid internship provides invaluable exposure to real-world product development and the startup ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership : Manage two teams—an AI team of 3 members and a full stack development team of 5 members, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving : Offer fast, smart solutions to technical challenges, ensuring rapid development and deployment.
  • Tech Strategy : Collaborate with the founding team to define the technical roadmap, prioritizing scalability, performance, and cutting-edge innovation.
  • AI Integration : Lead the development and seamless integration of AI-driven features within the platform.
  • Full Stack Development : Oversee the full stack development team to ensure efficient, high-quality builds.
  • Adaptability : Stay current with emerging tools and trends, proactively implementing innovative technologies to enhance the platform.


What We’re Looking For :

  • Passion for startups and coding, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, with the ability to quickly pick up new tools and frameworks.
  • A smart problem-solver, always looking for the fastest and most effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel) and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML tools, chatbot development, and web technologies is a bonus.


Preferred Tech Stack :

  • Frontend: React.js, Next.js
  • Backend: Node.js, Express
  • Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
  • DevOps: Docker, AWS (or similar cloud platforms)
  • Bonus: AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI) and chatbot development
