We're Hiring – Sr. Lead Specialist (Data Privacy Operations)

Location: Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore

Business Unit: Global Privacy Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Privacy Officer in implementing global and local Data Privacy Frameworks.
  • Provide hands-on privacy advice, guidance, and training to stakeholders.
  • Conduct privacy risk assessments, AI/transfer impact assessments, and handle data subject rights requests.
  • Assess privacy risks in supply chain, manage incidents, and support M&A privacy integration.
  • Develop and roll out policies, playbooks, standards, and training material.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years' experience in operational/consultative privacy roles.
  • Strong practical knowledge of APAC, UK & EU data protection laws (GDPR, DPA, PDPA).
  • Certifications (preferred): CIPP/E/Asia, CIPM, or equivalent data protection credentials.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
