Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing personalized services in regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu).
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across equities, derivatives, MFs, and wealth products.
  • Generate referrals from satisfied HNI clients and convert them into new business opportunities.
  • Handle portfolio reviews, trading-related assistance, and investment advisory coordination.
  • Ensure best-in-class client servicing with quick resolution of escalations.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Sales, and Product Teams to maximize client wallet share.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu).
  • Proven experience in client servicing with revenue/KPI targets (BFSI/Wealth Management/Broking preferred).
  • Sound understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
  • Strong relationship management and networking ability.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and referrals.

Performance Metrics:

  • Revenue contribution from HNI clients.
  • Number of client referrals generated.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rate.
