PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients with primary focus on generation of broking revenue through Equity / Commodity / Currency market segments.

 Recruit, Train & Retain Team members - HNI Relationship Managers and HNI Advisors for the stated HNI desk.

 Managing new and existing HNI client relationships with efforts on revenue generation through Equity/ Commodity / Currency market segments (through online and offline channel).

 Analyzing & monitoring the client's portfolio and render advisory services for securing high ROI.

 Execute Cross Sell efforts on focused products promoted by the organization (Mutual Funds / Insurance / PMS / Structured products and others).

 Promote the organization's research and advisory suggestions to the clients being generated from time to time.

 Submission of periodic MIS reports as per requirements of the business.
