Key Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity

Define and evolve the visual language of the Travelwings brand across digital and offline touchpoints.

Create high-impact marketing collateral including campaign visuals, social media assets, ad creatives, print materials, and email campaigns.

Own brand consistency across internal and external communication.

Partner with content, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.

UI/UX & Digital Design

Design user-centric web and mobile experiences on landing pages, microsites, and interactive components.

Translate product and marketing needs into engaging, intuitive user flows and interfaces.

Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design fidelity.

Conduct heuristic evaluations and support lightweight user research/testing cycles to improve usability.

Creative Strategy & Leadership

Serve as a design thought partner to cross-functional teams, contributing to campaign planning, feature launches, and branding initiatives.

Stay ahead of design trends and tools, introducing new formats and techniques to raise creative standards.

Manage and mentor junior designers, offering feedback and ensuring quality benchmarks.

Requirements

5-7 years of professional experience in brand design, UI/UX, or creative direction, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

A standout portfolio showcasing a mix of brand design and UI/UX work across web, mobile, and social.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, preferred) and Figma/XD.

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, composition, and responsive design principles.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Experience in the travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce domain is a strong plus.
