Job Title: Sr. Lead - Partnerships & Alliances
Location: Mumbai
What you will do:
Develop and execute the overall strategy for partnerships and alliances, aligning with the company’s business goals and driving growth through strategic collaborations.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners and alliances that complement the company’s strategic objectives, market presence, and product offerings.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, including terms and conditions, performance metrics, and contractual obligations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for partnership initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
Monitor and assess the performance of partnerships and alliances, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate success, address issues, and optimize outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Lead and manage a team of partnership and alliance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team performance and effectiveness.
Develop and manage the partnership and alliances budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with financial objectives.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, with a proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
Strong experience in negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements and collaborations.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to assessing partnership performance and making informed decisions.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Proficiency in using CRM and partnership management tools to track and manage partnership activities and performance.
