This is an exciting role and would entail you to

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Conceptual Motion Designer to join our creative team, reporting directly to the Head of Design. The Conceptual Motion Designer will be responsible for developing conceptual and innovative motion graphics and animations that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Design and contribute to the creative direction of our projects.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Design to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative direction.

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual designs for motion graphics and animations.

• Create compelling and dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance brand storytelling and engagement.

• Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and copywriting to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into various projects.

• Present motion design concepts and proposals to the Head of Design and other stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.

• Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all motion design assets, adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices in motion graphics and animation.

• Collaborate with other designers and animators to share insights, techniques, and best practices.


You will be working closely with

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an advertising agency or a similar fast-paced creative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience (10+ years) as a Conceptual Motion Designer, Creative Skills:

• Strong conceptual and motion design skills.

• Ability to generate innovative and visually compelling motion ideas.

• Proficiency in brainstorming and developing creative concepts.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as

a. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Figma.

b. After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Photoshop and Illustrator

•Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.

Portfolio:

•A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design work and creative

problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to present and explain creative ideas to clients and team members.

Collaboration:

• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers.

Project Management:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
