Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Anchor to lead and manage pre-sales activities for Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end bid management, coordinating presales activities between sales, delivery, and technical teams in an agile mode.
Handle RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, delivering high-quality responses with strong customer value propositions.
Conduct consultative selling by analyzing market trends, creating Points of View (PoVs), and driving innovative solutions based on business and technical research.
Collaborate with the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and lead competency building initiatives, talent management, and certification programs.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, conduct AS-IS process workshops, and perform fit-gap analysis to design optimal Salesforce solutions.
Translate technical estimates into staffing and commercial pricing models, ensuring alignment with client budgets and engagement profitability.
Develop and manage knowledge databases and reusable repositories to improve proposal turnaround time.
Support the sales pipeline management by creating quarterly business reports and providing insights to leadership.
Mentor and train junior consultants, contributing to their career growth and organizational development.
Engage with clients, manage client visits, and lead workshops for requirement gathering and system design
Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of functional presales experience with a strong focus on Salesforce technology, with hands-on experience in pre-sales or solution consulting roles.
Proven track record of managing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, with an ability to deliver competitive and compelling solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products, ecosystem, and best practices.
Ability to perform market research, solution analysis, and consultative selling.
Experience with pricing models, proposal development, and financial analysis for project engagements.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bids and presales activities simultaneously.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead workshops and client discussions, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience managing and mentoring junior staff, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working across multiple industries, with a focus on leveraging Salesforce for CRM, marketing automation, and customer service transformation.
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem partners and third-party integrations.
Strong communication skills, with experience hosting client visits and presenting to stakeholders
