Job Title : Senior Backend Developer

Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our development team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, extensive experience with JavaScript, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

- As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side components and ensuring seamless integration with frontend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems and APIs.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize application performance, ensuring high responsiveness and efficiency.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including frameworks such as Node.js.

- Experience with databases such as SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of server-side templating languages.

- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
