Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Platform Customer Support specialist to ensure our users have a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for platform users, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and contributing to an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to user inquiries via chat, email, or ticketing systems.
Assist users with account setup, troubleshooting, and platform navigation.
Monitor and report recurring issues to help improve the platform.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in user interactions.
Create and update knowledge base articles to empower users with self-help resources.
Collaborate with the tech team to resolve technical challenges faced by users.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer support, preferably in gaming, esports, or tech platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with gaming platforms and tournament operations is a plus.
Passion for gaming and understanding of esports communities.
