We are looking for candidates to take the role of
Infrastructure Engineer
and help us to:

  • Lead and own the successful execution of the tech delivery: agreed scope, time and quality
  • design, develop, and improve the application stack we provide to our clients and employees
  • apply a broad range of software engineering techniques, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing, CI/CD and other DevOps practices
  • ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
  • understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
  • build observability into our solutions, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
  • be at the forefront of innovation in our team, prototyping key new functionalities and evaluating emerging technologies.
  • contribute to the improvement of the engineering culture by mentoring other developers
  • demonstrate eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the File Transfer stream in the Pune (India) campus within the OSM crew (Operating System and Middleware) which covers products in the areas of application hosting, enterprise messaging, file transfer, job scheduling and operating systems.

The OSM crew supports our POD members with a hybrid and flexible working model. There is a well-organized onboarding process that ensure you have a good start and settle into the new role smoothly. In joining us, you will have multiple learning opportunities to grow and participate in initiatives focused on your passions.

Your expertise

C++, Linux/Unix Shell scripting, Data Structures, Design patterns, Oracle database and SQL scripting

  • Bachelor's or master's Degree or equivalent in Computing/Computer Science/Engineering subjects
  • 10+ years of experience in designing, developing applications with C++ on Linux/Unix
  • Expertise in Linux/Unix Shell scripting
  • Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented techniques
  • Strong exposure to Data Structures, Design patterns
  • Solid Unix shell scripting knowledge
  • Working Knowledge of application workings with Oracle database and SQL scripting
  • Experience in integrating REST APIs and Micro services applications in .Net – would be desirable
