Co-ordinate impactful research projects independentlyWe are seeking an experienced Senior Research Associate who can handle research projects independently, evaluate results, and disseminate findings to diverse audiences. As a senior researcher, you'll demonstrate expertise, autonomy, and significant contributions to research, mentoring junior researchers and driving project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:Lead research projects from planning to delivery, using a variety of contemporary research methodologiesLiaise with clients to ensure project accuracy, quality, and timely completionConduct desk research, literature reviews, and scoping studies, providing expert advice to colleagues and clientsAssist in proposal development, tender preparation, and quotation coordinationContribute to the organization's reputation and brand image through writing, speaking, and presenting research findingsCollaborate with colleagues to develop research objectives, projects, and proposalsRequirements:PhD in either life sciences and medicine / integrated medicine / clinical trials / interdisciplinary fields / neuroscience and cognition/ with at least 5 years post-doctoral work experienceComprehensive understanding of research methods, techniques, and discipline-specific knowledgeProven project management skills, including financial management and personal workload managementExcellent communication, presentation, and academic writing skillsAbility to work independently, mentor research assistants and contribute to team development
