Mission (Why does this role exist?) and Scope (About the Job)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Advance Excel/Google Sheets Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing complex data sheets, automating workflows, and providing valuable insights through advance data analysis and reporting. This role involves working extensively with Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, and automation scripts while collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and trends such as productivity, efficiency gains, error reduction, cost savings, and team performance across clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning for the management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Review analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data being captured and reported.

Process Automation & Tools Management

• Create and maintain automation workflows using Google Apps Script, Macros, and other coding tools
• Implement custom scripts and automation solutions to reduce manual work across departments.
• Continuously improve reporting efficiency and accuracy through advanced formulas and automation.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to manage and improve departmental data sheets and trackers.
• Act as the central point of coordination for all productivity and efficiency tracking across the firm.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed

Process Optimization & Governance

• Use data trends to recommend strategies that enhance productivity and resource utilization.
• Standardize reporting templates and maintain centralized records for cross-team visibility.
• Support operational planning through data-driven insights. o Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
• Document automation workflows, coding scripts, and reporting processes for continuity.

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualifications (Preferred)

BE/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Computer Science/IT)

Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, or operations analytics within a design/engineering or technical firm.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Looker Studio or other relevant applications with the ability to create complex dashboards and analyze data.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros)
• Strong knowledge of Apps Script, VBA, SQL, or other scripting/coding languages for automation.
• Hands-on experience in data cleaning, transformation and reporting o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders across departments. o Innovative mindset with the ability to propose and implement automation solutions

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
