Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through targeted sales strategies, business development initiatives, and effective marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market presence.

- Identify and target potential clients in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on procurement and quality assurance managers at manufacturing plants.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders through regular communication and networking efforts.

- ⁠Facilitate approval process of samples and material by manufacturing sites and securing purchase orders. 

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

- Actively participate in the development of marketing materials, promotional activities, and product presentations to support sales efforts.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and other materials to clients. 

- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management on a regular basis.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on APIs.

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality standards.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals and driving business growth.

- Willingness to travel extensively to manufacturing plants and sites in various parts of India. 

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

- Based in North India with the flexibility to travel and report to our Mumbai headquarters.
