Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Manager located in Bengaluru. The Installation Manager will oversee the day-to-day installation, testing, and commissioning of Fujitec's vertical transportation equipment. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing project timelines, and supervising onsite activities. The role requires a hands-on approach and close collaboration with various departments to ensure quality installations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing the installation of elevators.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Technical expertise in resolving installation issues
  • Good understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage a team of Engineers or Technicians
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Elevators industry preferred
