CAD Designer / Drafter The role: Our client is a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced CAD Designer / Drafter to support projects from initial concept development and system design through to project handover. Responsibilities include; but not limited to: Undertaking detailed CAD design of new & existing systems concept designs for all projects (process, pipework, equipment, packaging lines, overall factory floor layouts) Liaising with internal project stakeholders regarding project deadlines & requirements Coordinating with stakeholders across numerous divisions Track progress and review design as required to ensure requirements are met and provide packaging & product samples as required Installation & commissioning of new equipment Support the validation process of new equipment Develop detailed documentation for production & maintenance where required Development of project & system documentation (valve & equipment schedules, operating manuals etc.) Following company standards throughout all project duties General administration duties To be successful you will possess: Tertiary qualification in Engineering and/or Design Proven experience in detail drafting process pipework, ideally in a pharmaceutical, food or chemical industry 3D CAD design & drafting, ideally in Autodesk Inventor High level computer skills Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery of detailed and demanding projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work under-pressure and effectively collaborate with multiple and varied stakeholders Proactive, ‘can-do’ and positive attitude APPLY NOW IMPORTANT: It is a requirement of all our jobs that you have a PR or AU/NZ Citizenship.
