We are looking for a Senior Visualizer to join our creative studio in Noida—a full-time, on-site role for a seasoned design professional with 5–6 years of experience. More than just a maker of visuals, this role is about shaping how AMPM is seen and felt across every touchpoint. The Senior Visualizer will guide a small team of designers and a content writer, ensuring that each piece of work embodies the brand's ethos of quiet, contemporary luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and a content writer, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.
  • Translate AMPM's brand philosophy into powerful, innovative visual narratives across campaigns, digital platforms, and in-store communications.
  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact visuals for branding, marketing, and product launches.
  • Review, refine, and elevate creative output to maintain excellence, consistency, and brand alignment in partnership with Marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with creative leadership, marketing, and product teams to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Provide design direction, constructive feedback, and creative problem-solving for the team.
  • Stay attuned to evolving design trends, tools, and technologies to keep AMPM's aesthetic contemporary yet timeless.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of professional experience in visual design, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise across branding, identity, print, digital, and motion graphics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Figma; working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring creative teams.
  • Strong command of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience across both digital and print design, with sound knowledge of production processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
