Our mission is to enhance evidence-based practices in the development sector through initiatives like Co E-SA and SAJEP.Key Responsibilities:- Conducting comprehensive market research to gather relevant data.- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights.- Preparing detailed reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations.- Collaborating with team members to design research methodologies and frameworks.- Presenting research findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance research quality.Qualifications:- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Economics, or Business).- Prior experience in research or data analysis is preferred but not mandatory (0-2 years).- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and tools.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Skills:- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.- Familiarity with research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about research and eager to contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic team environment.
