Advertising Specialist

with expertise in

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

to craft high-converting campaigns for our doctors network.Responsibilities:Develop and execute data-driven advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.Manage campaign strategy, structure, budget allocation, and keyword research.Implement effective conversion tracking and optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation and brand awareness for doctor clients.Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in online advertising for the healthcare industry.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of advertising campaigns into our marketing automation platform.Generate reports to communicate campaign performance and ROI to doctor clients.Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience in paid advertising with a proven track record of success in lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications (or demonstrably equivalent experience) preferred.In-depth knowledge of campaign setup, targeting options, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting for both platforms.Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with doctor clients and internal teams.Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact on patient care.Bonus points:Experience with marketing automation platforms.Understanding of the healthcare landscape and patient acquisition challenges.Google Analytics and SEO knowledge.Join mktg.doctor and become a champion for doctor marketing success
