Job Title: Recruitment SpecialistLocation: Jaipur, Rajasthan, IndiaDepartment: Human ResourcesReports to: Recruitment ManagerSalary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to handle the end-to-end hiring process for our Jaipur operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the local talent market, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires within timelines while ensuring a great candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Screening Source candidates through job portals, , social media, local networks, and consultants. Screen profiles, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Keep candidates engaged with regular updates and feedback. Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience. Offer & Onboarding Support Assist in salary discussions and issue offer letters. Support pre-joining documentation and smooth onboarding. Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration Work with local recruitment agencies in Jaipur and nearby areas. Understand manpower requirements directly from hiring managers. Recruitment Reporting & Compliance Track time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other recruitment KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Key Skills & Competencies Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. Excellent communication in Hindi & English . Familiarity with ATS/HR software. Knowledge of Jaipur & Rajasthan talent markets is a plus. Ability to handle multiple positions under strict timelines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of recruitment experience; preference for Kaolin, manufacturing, marble, construction, or Ceramic industries. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Positions closed within agreed timelines Candidate quality & retention rate Positive candidate experience feedback
