Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Formulation Research and Development Specialist located in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for developing formulations, conducting laboratory experiments, and scaling up processes for various dosage forms like tablets, capsules and liquids. Day-to-day tasks include designing experiments, analyzing data, preparing technical documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion. The role also involves supporting technology transfer, regulatory submission, and troubleshooting formulation issues.

Qualifications

  • Interest and passionate to work in Formulation Research and development
  • Familiarity with Quality by Design (QbD) principles and other technical topics covered in the academic syllabus
  • Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills
  • Eagerness and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support technology transfer
  • Learn to know and open to understand Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmaceutics)
