**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Topsia, Kolkata (Onsite)

Timings: 10 AM – 8 PM / 11 AM – 9 PM

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Uncapped Incentives

Open Positions: 2**
Responsibilities

  • Counsel students & working professionals on online degree programs.

  • Convert leads into admissions through inbound & outbound calls.

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Support students during the admission & onboarding process.

  • Stay updated with competitors and industry trends in EdTech / Higher Education.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Higher Education (HEI) sales.

  • Preferred: Online degree counselling experience.

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

  • Graduate degree required .
