Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to handle and review cases related to shortages and damages reported by the POD team from the warehouse (WH). The role involves resolving conflicts through effective communication and coordination with both POD and WH teams via calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate shortage and damage cases raised by the POD team.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team and POD team to investigate discrepancies.
  • Handle conflict resolution by engaging with stakeholders through calls and emails.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closure of shortage/damage cases.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of communications and resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholders or management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on case status and resolutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field).
  • 12 years of experience in warehouse operations, POD coordination, or logistics preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
  • Able to communicate in English and Hindi
