Role: Lead - Commercial

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Commercials at Angel One is responsible for maintaining and improving the commercial processes associated with the Growth Team.

In this role, this team is expected to keep a tight control of all the various commercial processes like partner registration, provisions and roll-overs, invoicing, cost analysis and more.

We are looking for a leader who will be able to lead a 3 member team to drive these objectives.

- Lead a team of growth commercials professionals- End to end commercials process management for the Growth Team- Provide insights on spends and inefficiencies- Provide insights and improvements on process

Key Skills Required:

- A thorough understanding and on-the-job experience of commercials processes- Deep understanding of commercial process - partner registration, provisions, POs, invoicing, ERP systems- End to end project management and structured problem solving- High responsibility towards organizational and functional objectives- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders- Strong data analysis skills
