Salesforce Health Cloud Functional Consultant Location: India (Remote – Offshore for Australia client) Experience: 6–10 years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Functional Consultant to work with a leading healthcare client. The consultant will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education , ensuring alignment of Health Cloud capabilities with healthcare business needs. Responsibilities: Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements. Map healthcare processes into Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows. Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Health Cloud features . Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions. Train client and internal teams on Health Cloud functionality. Skills: 2+ Health Cloud implementations as Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care). Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards . Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
