As a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's endpoint management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and secure management of our endpoints.

Responsibilities:

Design, test, validate and implement large scale, enterprise endpoint solutions, including device configurations, operating system deployments, and software distribution Document environments, configurations, deployments, and changes within the environment Develop and maintain endpoint security standards in line with the company's security policies and best practices Develop standards and guidelines for the adoption of new technologies, ensuring consistency, compatibility, and security within the organization’s endpoint computing environment. Establish schedules for regular technology reviews Define and enforce policies to control and configure endpoint settings, permissions, and access controls Manage virtualized endpoints for efficient endpoint delivery and management Oversee the deployment, management, and administration of endpoint management platforms such as Intune, SCCM, and JAMF for endpoints using Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android Analyze, report, and act upon endpoint performance metrics and security alerts Monitor endpoint performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize configurations for better user experience Ensure that all endpoints are compliant with licensing, security patches, and company policies Research and evaluate new endpoint technologies, tools, and solutions to improve efficiency and security. In close collaboration with leadership to develop standards and guidelines for the adoption of new technologies Actively participate in conferences, workshops, and training to ensure our practices are in line with industry advancements Host sessions with internal teams to disseminate knowledge of technologies and best practices Function as a subject matter expert for endpoint management, providing escalated support and troubleshooting for complex endpoint issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or related filed preferred 8+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or management in a global, large scale enterprise environment Expertise in endpoint management tools and technologies (SCCM, Intune, JAMF) using MAM/MDM administration Expertise in operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and MacOS Proficiency in a scripting language such as PowerShell as well as Group Policy management Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices and threat landscape Exceptional problem solving and decision-making abilities Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Associate (MD-102) or similar certifications are highly desirable Why AHEAD: Through our daily work and internal groups like Moving Women AHEAD and RISE AHEAD, we value and benefit from diversity of people, ideas, experience, and everything in between.We fuel growth by stacking our office with top-notch technologies in a multi-million-dollar lab, by encouraging cross department training and development, sponsoring certifications and credentials for continued learning.We understand that you have a life outside of work.
