Recruiter - Middle East Hiring

Role Details:
As a Recruiter, you will work closely with our client organizations to fulfill their hiring needs. You will be trained and guided to manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination. This is an excellent launchpad for those looking to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and HR consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience into Middle East Hiring
- Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and workforce requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fitment
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities on ATS/CRM platforms
- Support offer management and onboarding coordination
- Generate reports and dashboards as needed by the customer or internal leadership
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and customer stakeholders
