In this role, you will translate business needs into precise documentation, analyze workflows and performance data, and ensure seamless alignment between product, tech, and client teams. You’ll be responsible for BRDs/PRDs, process mapping, data-backed insights, and supporting the delivery of AI-powered solutions at scale, ensuring that LiaPlus AI’s product implementations remain efficient, compliant, and enterprise-ready. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collect, analyze, and convert business needs into clear BRDs, PRDs, and user stories. Client Alignment: Conduct requirement discussions and ensure alignment between client expectations and product capabilities. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, and operations teams for smooth project execution. UAT & Validation: Lead UAT, perform gap analysis, and ensure flawless delivery of Voice AI implementations. Requirements Requirements Education: B.A. Economics, B.Tech, M.Tech, or MBA from Tier 1 colleges in relevant fields. Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred. Communication & Stakeholder Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management ability. Core Skills: Strong command of Python; familiarity with data structures, APIs, and debugging. AI/ML Basics: Understanding of machine learning workflows, NLP concepts, or speech technologies is a plus. Tools Exposure: Knowledge of Git, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or AI libraries (Hugging Face). Documentation: Ability to maintain structured notes and code-level documentation. Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment. Work Ethic: Proactive, dependable, and collaborative with a problem-solving attitude.
