Role Summary:Designation: Sr Manager / Group Head Account Management (Rural)Experience: 7-12 Years.Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on capturing market share and driving revenue growth within the rural advertising segment.Identify and prioritize target markets, key clients, and partnership opportunities in rural areas, leveraging market research and industry insights to inform decision-making.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, effectively articulating the value proposition of our rural advertising solutions.Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, operations, and finance to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet the unique needs and objectives of rural clients.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the rural advertising landscape, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:Minimum 8-9 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles within the advertising or media industry, with a focus on rural markets.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment, with a strong network of contacts in rural communities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach to business development.Willingness to travel frequently to rural areas for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
