**Shift:** 06:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST
**Job Summary:**We are seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, organizing, and writing compelling proposals to secure business opportunities. The position requires working during the evening and night hours to align with client schedules and deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Proposal Development:**- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for proposal content.- Develop, write, and edit proposals, ensuring clarity, completeness, and adherence to client requirements.- Customize proposals to meet specific client needs and specifications.
2. **Content Creation:**- Create high-quality content that is tailored to the client's industry and requirements.- Ensure all content is well-structured, persuasive, and aligned with the company’s brand voice.
3. **Research:**- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform proposal strategy.- Stay updated on the latest best practices in proposal writing and incorporate them into the work.
4. **Review and Quality Assurance:**- Review and revise proposals for grammatical accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the company’s quality standards.- Ensure that all proposals are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. **Project Management:**- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all proposal elements are complete and accurate.
6. **Client Interaction:**- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any queries related to proposals.- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of proposals.
**Working Conditions:**
- Evening and night shifts to accommodate client schedules.- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage stress effectively.
