Role Description

This is a full-time role for the Chief Executive Officer of Karate Academy. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing finance, business planning, strategic planning, and sales. This role includes both in-office responsibilities in Guwahati and the flexibility to work from home when necessary, making it a hybrid position.

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead Karate Academy into its next phase of strategic growth. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving business development, and managing strategic partnerships.
This role requires a minimum personal investment of $1 million USD
, in exchange for
40% equity ownership
in the academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Invest $1 million USD into the academy's growth and development
  • Lead strategic planning, business expansion, and global outreach initiatives
  • Oversee daily operations including finance, HR, marketing, and training programs
  • Build partnerships with sports federations, sponsors, and educational institutions
  • Drive innovation in athlete development, digital platforms, and performance analytics
  • Represent the academy at international forums, media events, and strategic summits
  • Ensure compliance with WKF and Olympic standards across all programs

  • Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in sports, education, or business
