About the role Our Pathways to Early Learning & Development  (PELD) program is seeking an Early Childhood Coordinator  superstar to join the team.  The PELD programs integrate family support and early childhood education for children aged between 0-7 years. It is designed to improve children’s experience of early childhood education by tailoring family support. The program supports the Wide Bay and North Burnett area. In this exciting role, you will be overseeing the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs and services to support children and families. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and contribute to the growth and development of our community-focused organisation. This role is part time (school hours) until 30 June 2026, based at Bundaberg. Travel within the Wide Bay and North Burnett area is required, and a company vehicle is available.
