Your activities

  • Lead Kaizen Events:
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate Kaizen events to address specific process improvements.
  • Ensure that Kaizen events are effectively executed and follow up on action items.
  • Document and report the outcomes of Kaizen events, including improvements achieved and lessons learned.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement Culture:
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements using Lean tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban, etc.).
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Training:
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on Kaizen and Lean methodologies.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees involved in Kaizen activities.
  • Monitor and Measure Results.

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Certifications : Green Belt Six Sigma, IMS Auditor
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of additional continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, TQM, etc.)
